I just wrote a list of what things we want for over the summer. I wrote; sketch books, sandpaper, Jenna's first recorder, and more wool to dye. Then Jenna came along and asked me to add on "large canvas for painting" and "knitting needles that aren't too big". *heart* :)
ReplyDeleteAfter 9 years in a "traditional" school setting, we will begin our homeschool journey this fall. It is with great excitement and some trepidation that I look ahead to the coming year. There is so much fantastic information and so much to learn! I find it completely appropriate that the theme with which we will begin our 7th grade studies is the Age of Exploration.

We are starting homeschooling this year with our 4 year old. We are working towards being better at keeping our schedule. Little boys tend to get distracted easily. We've been going to Savers and the thrift store at the local church and findig lots of great books, rain gear and straw baskets for organizing. I can't wait to start!
ReplyDeleteI just spent a day at our state homeschool convention. Its always a great "kick in the pants" to get me excited for next year:-) I do love a new book and such as it always makes me feel the possiblilities are endless:-)
